Massive : Video game software development platform Unity set the price range for its upcoming IPO between $34 and $42 per share, setting the company up to raise as much as $1.05 billion. At the top of its range, the offering could set a valuation of $11 billion for the San Francisco-based company.

San Francisco-based Ribbon Experiences, a Y Combinator startup, secured a $1.2 million seed round to propel its live and recorded events platform to the next level. The company’s mission is to enable anyone to run a business by hosting online events and classes.

Fintech startup EverC, formerly known as Evercompliant, has raised $35 million in Series B funding. The Tel Aviv-based company provides tools to detect and prevent money laundering through online transactions.

Mental health benefits provider Lyra Health raised $110 million in a Series D round that brings its valuation to $1.1 billion. Addition led the financing for the Burlingame, California-based company, which provides mental health benefits to more than 1.5 million U.S. employees and dependents.
